Right to Public Service (RTPS) Bihar (e-District is a Mission Mode Project) invites online applications for residential certificate, caste certificate, income certificate, character certificate, NCL and EWS certificate etc.
All eligible and interested male and female candidates can apply online at RTPS Bihar official website serviceonline.bihar.gov.in for Nivas Praman Patra, Jati Paraman Patra, Aay Praman Patra, Charitra Praman Patra, NCL and EWS certificates.

- व्यक्ति विशेष की जाति का निर्धारण उसके पिता की जाति के आधार पर होता है, पति की जाति के आधार पर नहीं |
- जाति प्रमाण- पत्र की वैधता हमेशा बनी रहती है ।
- स्थायी आवास प्रमाण- पत्र की वैधता हमेशा बनी रहती है, जबकि अस्थायी आवास प्रमाण – पत्र की वैधता निर्गत तिथि से एक वर्ष के लिए होती है |
- आय प्रमाण पत्र की मान्यता निर्गत तिथि से एक वर्ष के लिए होती है |
- सत्यापन के पश्चात् अभ्यर्थियों को मूल प्रमाण- पत्र अवश्य लौटा दिए जायेंगे |
- क्रीमीलेयर में नहीं आने संबंधी विहित प्रपत्र में अभ्यर्थियों से अण्डरटेकिंग प्राप्त कर पुराने क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र के आधार पर नया क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र निर्गत किया जा सकता है |
- क्रीमीलेयर रहित प्रमाण- पत्र बार- बार बनवाने की आवश्यकता नहीं है | राज्याधीन सेवाओं हेतु पुराने प्रमाण- पत्र के साथ अण्डरटेकिंग देकर आवेदन दिया जा सकता है |
- The caste of a particular person is determined on the basis of his father’s caste, not on the basis of husband’s caste.
The validity of the caste certificate always remains.
The validity of the permanent housing certificate is always maintained, while the validity of the temporary housing certificate is for one year from the issuance date.
The recognition of the income certificate is for one year from the issue of issue.
After verification, the original certificate will be returned to the candidates.
In the prescribed form of not coming to the creamylair, a new creamy-free certificate can be issued on the basis of the old creamy-free certificate and a new creamy-free certificate.
There is no need to make a creamy-free certificate repeatedly. Applications can be given by giving undertaking along with old certificate for state services.
